About Susan

Susan was the founder and visionary leader of ACE for over 20 years. In April 2022 she sold the business to Laura Murphy and Mark Munson and remains onboard as an advisor and account executive. Prior to the sale, she had grown ACE over 400% organically with little to no debt while buying out her co- founder in 2008.

Prior to ACE, Susan was a cofounder of Systems Solutions Group (SSG), a leading technology and professional services firm based in Atlanta. Her deep understanding of how to apply technology solutions towards achieving measurable business results enabled SSG to achieve recognition as a top 25 CPA firms in Atlanta. Susan is very customer-focused on selling, implementing and forming lifelong partnerships with companies to share in their mutual success.

Susan’s sales achievements resulted in her consistently being the top performer in an organization of over four hundred consultants. Susan holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Maine and has two decades of Continuing Professional Education.
