About Brenda

Brenda brings over 15 years of experience supporting Dynamics GP and Microsoft AX between her tenure with the Alabama Institute for Blind and Deaf and with ACE Micro. She is a dedicated support resource, managing ACE’s day-to-day support desk operations and ensuring the timely response and resolution of cases that are submitted by our clients.

Brenda is known for quickly building a rapport with the clients because of her attention to detail and consistent follow-through on all cases. She is the frontline of support resolving most cases that are submitted and escalating the remaining cases as required.
