Neeraj Rajpal

Neeraj Rajpal is a highly motivated professional with a rich tapestry of eighteen years of experience, distinguished by his roles as a Consultant/Support Specialist. His expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of industries including Manufacturing, Retail, Pharmaceutical, Media and Publishing, Construction, and Supply Chain. Neeraj is adept in both onsite and offsite models, possessing a comprehensive skill set in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics BC ecosystem.

As a seasoned leader, Neeraj excels in delivering qualitative results, client interaction, team management, and fostering career growth among team members. His forward-thinking approach underscores his commitment to innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.

Neeraj’s core proficiency lies in MS Dynamics 365 BC/NAV, spanning versions 3.x to 2018, alongside expertise in LS Central, LS Express, and Data Director/Replication. Additionally, he possesses secondary skills in Tableau, D3, and Jet Reports, enhancing his analytical capabilities and reporting functionalities.

Passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges, Neeraj is highly interested in developing apps and flows using the Power Platform.  He is pursuing his certifications in this area and has achieved the PL-900 so far.

Prior to joining ACE, he served as a Business Central/LS Central Functional Consultant at Dynamix ware Ltd., Neeraj has been instrumental in implementing and training Insight Works Mobile WMS, Dynamic Ship, and related Business Central warehouse processes. He has also showcased proficiency in configuring data distribution/replication and web services, alongside provisioning POS machines and developing power automate flows.

Prior to Dynamix ware, Neeraj held key roles at EC Advance Ltd., Robosoft Solutions, and Infogain where he contributed significantly to process improvement, application support, and client interactions.

Neeraj holds a Master’s degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Sinhgad Institute of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce from Sahjanand Arts and Commerce College. He is certified as an LS Central for retail professional and a Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate by Microsoft.
